What this site collects

This site collects information in exactly two places, and only when you type it in.

The contact and proposal form

When you submit that form, it records your name, email address, and message, which are required, along with anything optional you choose to add: phone number, organization, your role, which AI tools you use, what prompted you to reach out, your timeline, and your budget cycle.

The AI Readiness Snapshot

Your answers to the Snapshot stay in your browser and are never transmitted. If you choose to enter an email address to have your result sent to you, that email address and which track you took are recorded. Entering it is optional, and your result appears on screen whether you do or not.

Why it is collected

To respond to you, and to prepare a proposal or scope of work if you asked for one. That is the whole list. Your information is never sold, rented, or traded, and it is not used to advertise to you anywhere else.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third party tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no behavioral profiling. The site loads no fonts, scripts, or images from third party servers.

One thing worth naming plainly: this site is served through Cloudflare, a network provider that sits between your browser and the website. Cloudflare sets its own cookies and logs requests at its edge as part of delivering and protecting the site. That happens at the network layer, outside this website, and is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.

Who else touches it

Two service providers, each doing one job:

• Resend delivers the notification email when you submit a form.
• Cloudflare delivers and protects the website itself, as described above.

Beyond that, your information may be disclosed only if the law requires it. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

How long it is kept

Form submissions are deleted after 24 months. This is not a stated intention. Deletion runs automatically, so submissions older than 24 months are removed without anyone having to remember to do it.

If you want your information deleted sooner than that, ask and it will be removed.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database running on this site’s own server, which is hosted in the United States (Amazon Web Services, US East region in Northern Virginia). Information collected through this website is not transferred outside the United States.

Your choices

You can ask for any of the following, at any time:

• A copy of what has been collected about you
• A correction, if something is wrong
• Deletion, before the 24 months window is up

Email [email protected]. A person reads it, not a ticketing system.

Children

This is a business website intended for adults acting on behalf of a district, an agency, or a company. It is not directed to children, and it does not knowingly collect information from them. Student data is never collected through this website. When district work involves student information, that is governed by the written agreement with the district, not by this policy.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described rather than quietly slipped in.
